On the surface, this looks like some routine reciprocal treaty, nothing to see here. Signing stuff is part of the Queen's job. Does this relate to British territory under US administration... like Diego Garcia?
Looking more closely, the British ambassador present at the signing, William Marsden is now head of the Chagos Conservation Trust. The Chagos archipelago is part of the British Indian Ocean Trust. After WWII, the UN established a number of island trusts where the the inhabitants were forcibly removed for their own good and to test nukes and stuff.
The Chagos island of Diego Garcia was given to the USN as a naval base. They call it "the footprint of freedom" having forcibly expelled the islanders and reduced them to absolute poverty.
Another such trust was the Bikini island atoll which got nuked, killing the members of a small armed group who resisted the expulsion. This was the second nuclear war in history, after atom bombs ended WWII.
I can't figure out how any of this is relevant, but look at the story that is going viral this week. A Christian missionary tried to visit a protected group of stone age tribesmen on the Andaman islands and was killed with spears and arrows. Liberals are outraged at his stupidity while justifying every other act of ethnic cleansing sanctioned by the NWO cabal. Why is this in the news cycle now?
Diego Garcia and the Andaman islands are all that remains of a hypothetical sunken continent called Lemuria. The hypothesis is based on the fact that lemurs are only found in Madagascar and on the fringes of the Indian ocean, leading to speculation that there was once some kind of land bridge across the ocean.
