7 part video? I don't think so. Even YouTube has it lumped together with those videos about using your birth certificate and (non-existent) number to get money.

First off, there was no "video" to "watch," as it was an audio only clip. I listened to it, and the guy is talking about a possible loop hole in FL law, which doesn't apply anywhere else. FL seems to not assess property tax on personal property. Other states do assess property tax on personal, as well as real, property. That's how they can get property taxes from renters. In my state, back when I was renting, I told the tax person what my monthly rent was, and they had a table to look up my tax on, which was less than if I had itemized what I really owned. We pay property tax separately on automobiles and mobile homes (unless the wheels are removed).

We'll just wait and see if he has his property taken for nonpayment of property taxes. That's what happens everywhere else.

Also, if individual homes were not taxed, rural counties wouldn't collect enough taxes to pay the sheriff's salary, or repair the roads and bridges, or fund any of the other things most counties have to pay for.

So, I still say it's all BS and in the same league as the birth certificate nonsense.
