Can you explain why artificial Adrenochrome is of a lesser quality than the "real" stuff?
I only ask because the perfectly reproducing hormones using Recombinant DNA is OLD technology.
Type 1 Diabetics have depended on this technology for decades.

I work with plant medicines (ayahuasca, wachuma, tobacco etc) and would speculate as follows based on my experience with these:
We can analyze these things that come from nature and identify certain compounds like DMT, mescaline, nicotine etc. We can extract or synthesize these compounds. But these substances in isolation do not have remotely the same medicinal properties as the entire plant which might contain dozens of other alkaloids. Also a farmed plant often has no efficacy whereas only wild harvested ones grown in specific places will be good medicine (oregano oil for example). Similarly a young farmed ayahuasca vine may give visions, but it is not as interesting or powerful (regardless of dosage), as a very old one from the jungle, and so on.
To manage blood sugar we only need one specific hormone because we are only trying to achieve one well defined and measurable effect which is lowering the blood sugar.
But when it comes to psychoactive medicines and more holistic approaches to complex systems like the guts and nervous system, we need to work with the "full story" of the medicine which for certain plants even calls for treating it as a sacrament and approaching it through proper ritual by highly trained curanderos. There is much more to medicine than just pharmacology and we really do not understand all of it.
So I feel it's safe to assume that if there is such a thing as synthetic adrenochrome, it would not have nearly the same effect as the complete blood taken during a black magic / torture ritual. There is more going on in the blood than a single hormone. Spirit is real and inseparable from good medicine.

It's important to keep in mind that synthetic molecules are frequently not identical to the biologically created molecule. Additionally, biological samples can also have closely related variants of the same molecule which can compliment each other in both uptake and function. Which may be entirely absent in the synthetic variant.
Also, synthetic and biological sources frequently have different uptakes with consumption simply because their molecules are slightly different in shape. As such, the human body may simply refuse to use it. This is why, for example, thyroid is available from both synthetic and biological sources. Also worth pointing out that biological sources frequently vary dramatically in potency. Which is the primary reason synthetic is frequently preferred over that of biological sources.
Biological sources are almost always superior to that of synthetic variants. In some cases the synthetic source is completely rejected by the consumer. Some thyroid patients are entirely unable to use synthetic.

For the sake of argument I will assume the premise laid out. It's possible that the process they go through via ritual abuse changes different characteristics of what they are ingesting and artificial pills are unable to replicate potency or some other aspect of it..

and fresh is always better than processed

Then they should synthesize the "good stuff".

For the very same reason that taking testosterone injections in men is not the same as natural testosterone, You cant make in a lab (exactly) what your body naturally produces, its more than just replicating the chain of elements which can be done. Lab made Test has side effects

WTF? Nonsense.
