How are they trying to prevent red voter turnout? They're doing the exact opposite. It's people celebrating too early which prevent voter turn out, they know this because 2016 everyone was reporting we had no chance and we destroyed them. How is this anything related to the DS. I think you're paranoid. They know what really motivates, and that's the threat that we LOSE. Not the celebration of winning.

Its concern trolling basically. Very subtle, but concern trolling non the less. We need to keep the excitement high, anything that even suggests that the opposition is in the lead is hogwash. Just what you said, in 2016, NY Times had Hillary at 92% chance of winning, pure horseshit, and we proved it. They should be cheerleading for us, not concern fagging.

But if their goal is to increase voter turn out, then cheerleading for us appears to have the opposite reaction. Especially in a Mid-term where people tend to be complacent. Besides, it will be much more fun when the Left-wing media and their brainwashed sheep get blindsided again. Can't wait for the devastated crying and screaming, but for those deep in blue territory, be vigilant for riots.

It's an old debate: does bad news for your "crowd" motivate you to vote in defiance, or does it demotivate you, because you feel like it is useless? There are people in both categories of personality, on both sides of the aisle.
In the end, fuck all that, just go out and vote for what you believe is the best.
