Kate brown was secretary of state for Oregon and was installed as governor when the current governor, John Kitzhaber remember this name, resigned after a corruption scandal where he used his political office for personal gain more than 10 times. The federal government dropped it's charges in 2017 and was ordered to pay a measly $20,000 in fines.

In October 2012, StateTech magazine highlighted Brown's use of iPad and tablet technology to increase accessibility for voters with disabilities. In 2011, Oregon became the first jurisdiction in the country to use this technology to help voters with disabilities mark their ballots.
That's alarming. Voter Fraud anyone?

Here's a Politico article that goes into a little more detail and names the League of Women Voters of Oregon as the voting ipad delivery people?
"And Oregon election officials are turning their attention to another connectivity issue — how to physically bring the iPads to voters. They’re
considering a number of options, such as possibly allowing voters to use their own iPads or partnering with organizations such as the League of
Women Voters to bring the tablets to Oregonians. "

A quick DDG search on the League of Women Voters which lists the Annabel Kitzhaber Education Endowment Fund as a donor. NEED MORE INFO ON THIS FOUNDATION
This is the most ridiculous thing I've found on this rabbit hole. Save this stuff offline.
Here's another page that lists the Multnomah Bar Foundation as a sponsor of The League of Woemn Voters of Oregon. The link provided on that page takes you to an index of just 2 links. A powerpoint presentation titled "Preserving The Rule of Law - Judicial Version" and an absolutely bizzare PDF with the title "Preserving the Rule of Law Speaker Notes"
I don't have powerpoint to look at that presentation but the language in that PDF reads like some sort of spook-judge training manual. From what I can gather this is an instruction manual for a presenter (a judge?) who gave the above presentation at an American Bar Association event called the National Judicial Outreach Week which took place March 5-11, 2017
If you jump to page 7 it gives instructions on how to field questions about the Clintons and Obama and why they aren't in jail. What. The. Fuck. I don't think we're supposed to see this.
CAUTION:
During the 2016 Presidential campaign, there was
significant sentiment that Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton had
broken laws and should be prosecuted. Before that, there was
significant sentiment that President Obama had taken actions
that violated the Co
nstitution.
I
f an audience member raises the issues
about powerful people
who were not prosecuted
, acknowledge the person’s statement
and repeat it fairly and clearly. Then “bridge” back to the
title:
Our courts “preserve the rule of law.”
Consider the
technique described on the next page.
When powerful individuals & groups are “above the law,” they
are free to ignore the laws because no one else has the power to
enforce the laws against them or to require them to submit to
the aut
hority of the courts.
8
Consider the following approach
:
1.
focus on the person who spoke. Perhaps take one step in
his/her direction.
2.
Listen to understand, not to refute.
3.
Ask questions to demonstrate interest, clarify, and give
yourself
time to think.
4.
Say something like:
5.
Take a step back from the person, then take a step toward
the entire audience.
6.
Repeat the question in a frame that bridges back to the
theme of the
presentation: Our Courts preserve the Rule of
Law.
7.
Then say something like
the following
:
Thank you
for your question
.
Let me make sure I understand what you’re saying. If I
understand correctly, you are saying that you believe
that ___________ violated the law, but was not
prosecuted or sued
–
a
nd bec
ause they were not
prosecuted, it looks like they were “above the law.”
Is
that accurate?
9
When we say “no one is above the law,” we are saying
that, the courts must apply the laws fairly and impartially
in every case and for every person who come
before the
courts.
However, the courts don’t pick the cases or the people
who come before them. It is up to prosecutors to decide
whom to prosecute, and it is up to individuals and
corporations to decide whether, when, and whom to sue.
When they do that,
in the courts of America, no one is
above the law
–
everyone is equal before the law.
The next slide will help answer this question.
All I know is Kate Brown is deepstate slime and whoever gave that presentation is a god damn CIA spook.
I'd really like some help digging into more of this. This cunt is looking win in November and we just can't have that.
