t.someone who doesn't understand how the internet works. Aren't you boomers adorable. You are aware that at this point, even the exit nodes on Tor have been cracked, yes? Do you really, really think "muh VPN", is going to keep you safe?
Either utilise end to end encrypted services (telegram etc), or simply attempt to blend in with the crowd. Realistically that last one is the easiest by far. I'm almost certainly on a number of watchlists, espec GCHQ + NSA (at a IP/tag database level, i'm not schizo about the level of obvservation). Know why I'm not bothered? Because there are a couple of hundred thousand other people worldwide on those kinds of lists as well. Utilising tor especially, but frankly any basic VPN is just begging for special attention (aka, you'll just end up on a different, even more closely observed watchlist).
Blend in, don't try and beat the game by being too clever.
