He still hasn't banned me, so he hasn't gone full retard yet.

Also, upon further research, while /v/gunsarecool was made because the guy legitimately had that sentiment (hence the sidebar links to a constitution subverse and a government subverse), /r/gunsarecool is a parody subreddit made by people who don't like guns (hence their links to subreddits about gun control, 'shit americans say', 'News Regarding Amoebas' {or NRA for short}, and shooting trackers {like the one in the subverse sidebar}).

Hang on, let's do a quick check to see if he was subscribed to a subreddit like that over ther...

HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

"Moderator" (yeah right, more like "AutoModerator tuner") of over 200 subreddits (including the GunsAreCool subreddit), 200k link karma (and only about 3k comment karma: he's far more of a submitter than a commenter), and 5 years on Reddit (or 1.7 here, not counting over a year of silence ending 4 days after FPH).

We got ourselves a real powermod here, boys and girls.

EDIT: Im_Gumby is also a mod from the GunsAreCool subreddit, but he is moderator of less than 10 subreddits, only been there for 3 years, has just 6k link karma and nearly 18k comment karma, so he isn't as bad.

Which is why we are seeing the subverse squatting behavior. It will also be interesting to see who his staunchest defenders are.

Because small, curated subs are a wonderful part of the voat community and their existence does not impede anyone's right to free speech. Defaults are the only subs in which we need to worry about censorship. If you don't like the mods of a small sub, you can create your own competing subverse, block the sub, etc.

Have you seen the guy's Reddit profile? This is a powermod's Voat account, let's make him feel "welcome".

He's a mod of over 200 subs on reddit and a couple on here? He censors when it doesn't fit his agenda? He actively tries to control narratives with bans? Voat is not a place for this type of mod. He should be tarred and feathered. Strip away his powers and ban him from Voat.

Look at this comment he deleted that was in a Bernie shill post Henry posted:

"In response to Sander's 12-point plan which support Mr. hedges statement on Bernie's complicity to the staus-quo in DC ( which marches to the drumbeat of left-wing authoritarianism )

1 We have too much infrastructure now that we cannot afford. This is why it is crumbling. FDR and Eisenhower created a bubble in infrastructure from which we will never recover. With an $18 trillion dollar debt, we cannot afford what we have now much less repair it. All this is is a subsidy to the public unions at the cost of prosperity to the American taxpayer. The solution is to sell off what the states cannot afford and let the private sector take it over without having to tax anyone for maintenance.

2 As we have seen with the parade of bankruptcies with green energy companies despite receiving subsidies like the oil companies from the government, alternative energy is not ready for prime time and is nowhere close to prime time. The Europeans are learning this which is why countries like Germany are building 10 new coal plants because the promises made about alternative energy have not materialized nor will they for the foreseeable future. And again this is just a subsidy for special interest industries at the cost of prosperity for the tax payer bot in taxes taken and prices paid for their energy bills.

3 There are over a dozen programs now to help workers and everyone of them has failed. before you add anything new ( which the federal government shouldn't since there is no authorization for such policies in the Constitution ) , scrap what has failed first.

4 Unions already have it easy with laws that force non-union members to pay union dues anyways and programs in most states that preclude state governments and related industries from hiring non-union labor. besides as we have seen with the manufacturing centres, the automotive industries and recently Hostess .. unions kill businesses and job, they do note create any new jobs .

5 The goal of the minimum wage is to outlaw low paying jobs for the unskilled and inexperienced. The law, simply, says: it is illegal, and therefore criminal, for anyone to hire anyone else below the level of X dollars an hour. This means, plainly and simply, that a large number of free and voluntary wage contracts are now outlawed and hence that there will be a large amount of unemployment. Remember that the minimum wage law provides no jobs; it only outlaws them; and outlawed jobs ( unemployment ) are the inevitable result.

6 Pay should be determined by merit not by gender

7 This is a government-created problems since you cannot have trade agreements without protecting special interests .... The easiest thing to do is revoke all trade treaties and let businesses trade with whom they want without any government interference

8 Until you remove the money the government is pumping into the education industry ( like it did in the housing industry until the government-created bubble popped) you will never get prices to lower for education. That means revoking Title IV, Pell Grants and other loans, entitlements, and subsidies

9 Won't happen until you break up the Federal Reserve, it is the biggest bank there is and it supports all the other banks under it.

10 So we can go the way of France and have death panels .. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/dec/13/terminally-ill-allowed-to-be-put-into-deep-sleep-u/ .... Pass on that bullshit

11 These programs already consume nearly 2/3rd of the budget and are bankrupting the nation and show no signs of success. Adding more debt to the $18 trillion dollar debt we currently have is only going to get the US downgraded and making the interest on the debt be the biggest expense in the budget

12 I can support this if it is simplified and taxes lowered so people can keep more of their own money and then grow the economy instead of allowing government to steal it and flush it down an incinerator of deficit spending

Bernie's plans are not original and history has shown them to never work ... but the "fell good" message he peddles selling this failed ideas makes him a very dangerous snakeoil salesman and no different that Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush"

Can you imagine how frustrated the Voat user must have been to spend all that time writing a thought out and on topic comment only to have Reddit shill mod HenryCorp delete it? @Atko @PuttItOut, this is the kind of Mod behavior you were condemning right?

Oh, that's one of Brother_Tempus's old comments, back when he posted that in the comments of just about every Bernie post that made a big splash. It was pure copy-paste after the first time he wrote it out, although he did stop in a reasonable time period after it was pointed out that he was basically spamming a copypasta by doing that.

Umm, he is not modding a @system sub. You guys have a right to call him out but this looks like brigading and harassment.

You guys have a right to call him out

Thank you, because that is all I did.

And if I post in a sub that has constitution links in its sidebar and no rules and I get deleted for no good fucking reason I have every right to tell @henrycorp that I personally think he is a little bitch. I know it isn't "civil", but I have a right to post whatever the fuck I want. Just as @mamwad and the rest of the cancermod defense force have a right to call me out and trash me all over the site like they do.

I will call shit like this out when I see it. Especially when @nadrewod does research and finds out the fucker mods 207 subs on reddit. He is literally one of the reasons why most of us left.

Most of us left reddit because we wanted to be part of a community in which people don't get chased off the site for having unpopular opinions.

True, but as the head mod of PV, you do hold major influence over the actions of this community. You don't encourage brigading, which is good, but as of so far you have done nothing the discourage the brigading of @henrycorp and his subverses. You are also calling him out on one of his posts that has nothing to do with this situation. I don't like this guy, especially since he is a SJW, but PV is out bounds.

Who told you PV could only act on system subs?

[–] dallasmuseum 2 points 2 points (+4|-2) ago

Normally, I'd just mock you for exaggerating a small issue, but this does seem to be a person that I would not want to mod a system sub. At the same time, those are his subs and he do whatever in them.

He stole gunsarecool, but the rest he appears to have started.

I dunno if its really stealing if the creator has been inactive for over a year. The procedure of sub ownership transfer is actually there to prevent SJW power mods from squatting on subs and taking them back over later.
