So should anyone posting anything about MTV Cribs, twitter handles that mention the name of the person, any facebook profile of anyone, any link to anyone's blog with personally identifying details...

Where do you delineate the allowed from the disallowed?

That's a conversation we need to have. The user agreement is pretty ambiguous in key areas. I'm pretty sure it is referring to linking accounts to personal information.

Again my first response to kevdude's post was "Is this doxxing? Where do we draw the line?" I'm more concerned with PV being unable to accept criticism and have a serious conversation about this issue than I am about kevdude's post. Also was concerned about 0x00 posting the info directly on voat for liability reasons.

I believe some people have drawn the line in their own minds as "if it's on the internet, it's not private information - especially for more-or-less public figures."

I believe that's a valid delineation.

It's tough for PV to accept valid, constructive criticism when we constantly are having to fight off trollish attacks. If we didn't have to dig trenches for every little thing, we might be more open to the idea.
