@atko @puttitout

This information may help with the @HenryCorp issue.

Edit - proof that he is in violation of the current TOS regarding spam.

I agree with @atko that just because people don't like someone doesn't mean they should be banned. But ANY paid shill from ANYWHERE should not hold authority over users or content. To be honest, we should not have moderators at all. The community can do the job to clean up posts with votes and if spam gets a problem, have janitors that delete spam. They have very limited authority and TEMPORARY authority.

I don't think this is a good idea, vote brigades for post deletion wouldn't be hard, unless atko or puttitout want to make an algorithm to match users for recurring votes from the same group of people. Even then how many votes for deletion? 10? 50? There might be too little so that people brigade them and too high that regular users don't vote enough.

What about if a post has -5 votes, is that a good idea for post removal?

Probably the part where this isn't just an individual expressing personal beliefs, but part of a political activist group. By linking Other98.org on his Twitter profile and showing it being part of his experience for 6 years on LinkedIn, that twitter represents this organization.

Whether or not that's enough to consider them a spammer is up to each individual. I believe they are.

Yep, this is a test for Voat. If the system is too gameable at this level, then it's just another shitty site waiting to go down the toilet as soon as the user base is big enough to be valuable enough to seriously attract the attention of the PR industry.

Well that company runs the same spam account on Reddit, where the site lets him moderate 283 subreddits. https://www.reddit.com/user/henrycorp

So really it's a test for Voat to be better than Reddit.
