normally leading lines should lead to something interesting. Personally I can't see much here. Maybe too much dead space at the top too? Might be worth having more lines in and making the horizon a third down the shot. I can see where you are going with it, just keep practicing.

I feel like the photo is missing something. I like how the powerlines frame the railroad and the lines lead towards the birds, but the birds are pretty small and hard to make out. Maybe dropping the highlights and raising the shadows would make it easier to see the birds?

Thanks for the feedback! but yeah, it's never going to be a great picture; I mean I wasn't setup for the shot at all and it was mostly the composition that caught my eye when I was reviewing.

Snapped this picture randomly as I was crossing the tracks. The birds caught my eye and I just wanted to remember it, but it turned out not awful. Let me know what you think!
