It has been a few days since he's posted and I notice because I love conversing with him and really enjoy his daily submissions of music history from that specific date.
For those that don't know, he's not copying Wikipedia with all those comments and posts. He's compiling all the data and drawing many of the connections himself. I've seen him draw connections that I'd not seen mentioned elsewhere, which means it is pretty much original work.
I do have another way to contact him, but if he's just on vacation then I shan't bother him. I'm a wee bit concerned but not overly so. He's just one of my favorite goats.

I still comment and still keep the guitar thread going. But, it's not interesting when I post about math and someone jumps in and says stupid shit like math s a Jewish conspiracy. The science subs are mostly worthless for conversation. I get better responses if I blame aliens instead of explaining the physics.
I still submit, but it's much less frequent.

Glad to see you're still around even if you're not posting as much. /v/Guitar is one of my favorite music subs. I also discovered your "Better than Hendrix" list recently. I don't often run across decent music lists but yours is very well done.

Thanks! I try to make them informative and amusing to read.
It was actually cynical who kind of nudged me to get the list started. I bitched about Hendrix and he asked who was better. I also had to justify my answers. So, that began my list. I decided that I'd heal the old wounds of offense (I dislike when Hendrix is called the greatest guitar - he wasn't) and correct the record.
Truthfully, I expected I'd get bored writing them by now. I figured I might do 3 to 5 and call it good. But, I really like writing them.
I'm glad you enjoy reading them - and I'm glad other folks like them. I think I'd probably still write them even if nobody did. I did an article about the history of Washburn today, which was just a lark. I had a bit of free time before I had to go do a show in Greenville. We played to a pretty good crowd and we've all decided to stay in a hotel tonight, instead of making the long drive back to our respective homes.
It was a pretty great audience. The venue provided security, but we didn't need them for anything. They even helped load the truck and unload the truck. But, the audience was awesome. They were full of energy and eager to have a good time.
