More "big brother knows best" bullshit is not the answer. Yes, kids should b vaccinated, and I think that exemptions should not be granted on religious or philosophical grounds (only medical ones) but putting people into re-education just because they're opposed is tyranny.

If they use the courses correctly, it could be beneficial in other ways. You don't want to vaccinate your kids? Ok, if your child shows these symptoms, get them to a hospital immediately. If they show these other symptoms, keep your child home from school, monitor your child to see if they get worse, and if they do take them to a doctor. If one of your children children show these symptoms, keep them separate from your other un-vaccinated children until the symptoms disappear. Etc, etc.

It doesn't just have to be a course on how stupid the parent is. It could be used as a course to educate the parents on keeping their child alive and not spreading anything to others. Including their other children that they didn't vaccinate.

It could be like that, but I highly doubt that the Wynne government will do it that way. It's much more likely going to be a course on "why you are wrong to not vaccinate your kid".
