I'm not sure I agree with his choice, though I can't understand what he's been through. At any rate, it is highly unlikely that any situation will be worse than being trapped in a sunken ship for 3 days. Unless he gets trapped underwater for 4 days or locked in a theater on the premiere of the new Ghostbuster movie.
