No. Though it is notable that these Nazi-Holocaust denier candidates in the last congressional elections did about as well as any other Republicans would do in those districts. So it didn't hurt them.

But in the US at least there is no political solution. Or maybe better stated: there is no electoral solution. Things are way too far gone for that. We're getting fucked out of existence. Rapidly. And the process is vastly understated and overlooked if anything.

Violence might work. Or at least it might change the status quo. I'm not sure anything will 'work' exactly. But in a shooting match ethnic boundaries are strengthened. It's pretty unpredictable. It all blows up much of what is worthwhile in this country potentially though.

Let's put it this way: the last high profile racist running on a more or less openly racist platform that did well at all really was David Duke 30 years ago in deep red Louisiana. He got 55-60% of the white vote in statewide races.

Things are a lot worse now. What he was offering was also not nearly radical enough for today. The sort of change we need only really comes through some kind of calamity historically. Though if not it'd probably be in technology.
