Taylor is unusually good on this topic. Better usually even than he is in this video. Even the Southern Poverty Law Center has conceded much of the argument in talking about the formal end of white supremacy in the 60s US with Jim Crow though. Which is to say white supremacy is mostly historical. It's pretty safe to say an old stock Southerner of Taylor's mindset would have been a white supremacist in those days though I suppose.

Personally I'm pretty agnostic on inherent racial superiority and IQ test stuff. I don't even much care. White Supremacy was necessary as a means to contain black criminality, interracial sex, and black political power where they outnumbered whites. In a place like South Carolina blacks were once an actual majority. That was the essence of it in my mind - whatever dubious claims to racial superiority white supremacists made. But it does involve things like preventing blacks from voting through literacy tests and poll taxes. Though liberals will claim voter suppression such as in the Georgia gubernatorial race even now.

At any rate it is important to know what exactly white supremacy is so you can point out what it isn't. Leftist accusations are invariably vague but precision effectively counters that.

Richard Spencer is an actual White Supremacist with imperial goals to conquer each continent and extraterrestrial planets with offspring of the volk, but Jared Taylor is just America before birth control decimated the population.
