Its conditional, because in case things do not work out for Israel we will be stepping in to go after the Syrians. I think in the meantime Turkey ups the ante in Syria and N.A.T.O. makes greater pressures on the Assads to step down from power.

The situation in Idilib is heating up, so Turkey should be preparing to engage the Assads and N.A.T.O. might be stepping in if Turkey cannot manage the situation.

At the present moment, the key is to avoid a clash between Russia and Turkey over Syria and Israel will back out and mind its own business from a distance(in an undercover manner), but as it does this it will blitz and harass the Syrians, as it seeks to give the terrorists in Syria any advantage they can give them.
