The Bushes were all about overthrowing the old establishment and setting up a new one(much like Trump is doing) that is more "expansive," "globalist," and "inclusive."
At the end of the day it has not gotten us anywhere and certainly they have promised certain cutbacks, but generally speaking they have not incentivized and built their legacy off securing spheres of influence and asserting their power in them and protecting our allies instead of vesting their interests and power games in upholding and protecting the United States of America.

Kinda lost interest here when he called Fukuyama a 'psuedo-intellectual'. To think that means not having read him. His analysis of Hegel and Nietzsche in his main work is near awe inspiring.
Scanning it further it looks like the kind of incessant bitching dissidents of the left and right are known for.
Maybe Bush could have bought the world though.
