In summary, the DA decided to drop all the big charges, and Clanton pled No Contest to a lesser misdemeanor, and got three years of probation.

This was pretty much a cut-and-clear easy conviction with video evidence.

This shows how corrupt our system is.

I guess we need to make our own justice. We have his full dox, don't we?

Do it the way we did 100 years ago with lynchings.

Guess it's time to buy some bike locks. Perhaps we should mail a bunch of bike locks to the judge's house and court.

Edit: For shits and giggles, I made this concept picture. Feel free to mail it to the judge if you want.

Original if you want to do a better shop job.

Welcome to California were we don't convict felons of violent crimes but make laws regarding straws

[–] Whizwit21 0 points 21 points (+21|-0) ago

They dropped all of the felony charges and only charged him with the misdemeanor. You have got to be shitting me.

Doxx that judge

Wednesday, Clanton was supposed to have had his preliminary hearing, where a judge decides whether there's enough evidence in a case for it to move ahead to trial. Instead, there was no hearing, and information about Clanton's plea deal became available online.

The DA took a plea deal before it even for in front of the judge.

The DA just didn't want anyone to look at the case.

I looked into him. He actually seems pretty sane. Yes, sane. In California.

This is an area of the country where they let a mob of masked terrorists destroy hundreds of thousands of dollars of property and shamed the property owners when they tried to get the city to pay for damages. It's amazing he even got probation

[–] GutterTrash 0 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago

I fucking knew this would happen

[–] Gorillion 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

Okay, Bike Locks are an allowable weapon now. And so is the Black Bloc tactic of attacking from and retreating into a hostile anonymous, masked crowd.

Clearly, none of these things are legally considered part of a pattern of intent to commit violence.

[–] ErrorHasNoRights [S] 0 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago

Technically it's only legal for the Left. Don't forget the Charlottesville guys who were defending themselves are in jail right now.

[–] Bill_Murrays_Sandals 0 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago

Shit is fucked.
