I see where you're coming from, but that conceptualization is actually what the Jews do to non-Jews via the Talmud. Duke mainly points out what the Talmud says about Jews being God's chosen and goy being created to serve them, and the prominent Jewish intellectuals who affirm it. In doing that he necessarily conceptualizes that relationship that is the Jew-run world, regardless of how many Jews actually believe the Talmudic conception or how much it has actually been realized in the world.

I'm not sure if I wrote that too clearly, but anyways, I still enjoy hearing Duke and will still recommend his books.
