Everyday I usually have 1 cup (2 servings) of instant white rice. It's easy to microwave at my office and I get a decent amount of carbs, the macro I have the most trouble taking in enough of. Am I missing out on enough nutrition to validate switching to brown rice? I'm a 21 year old male, 186 lbs on a slow bulk. I eat around 3200-3500 kcal a day, aiming for a 50-30-20 ratio between carbs, protein, and fats.
