Quit trying to dodge my question with your kangaroo trial hogwash.
Your fundamentally irrational claims: 1. god's laws come from man's morals 2. God is an invention of man, 3. everything that comes from him [is an invention of man]
Prove them. How can you be certain of those claims?

1) We still exist after hundreds of thousands of years, so murder was obviously disincentivize. All those simple rules can be deduced by reason and logic, or by simple evolutionary benefit. Additionally there's still gray areas in these so called perfect laws from a perfect god. Don't kill, unless you're defending your own life, or if you're killing the other tribe, or you're enacting God's will. 2) Gods help soothe and mold those who you want to control by threatening some great all powerful being. Every proof in ancient times has been shown to be made up or have natural explanations. 3) It should obviously follow that if every supernatural proof of God has been explained away, then this question is meaningless. Every proof for God now is "well you can't prove he doesn't exist," and God of the gaps arguments. Saying "he's where we can't see him" isn't much different from him not existing when he has no influence, now is it?

How can you be certain about your theory of murder being deincentivized wothout God being involved?
How can you be certain that those things by themselves can 100% verify anything?
How can you be 100% certain that you yourself don't have any grey areas in your thinking and perception, or if your conception of what is perfect is actually true?
How can you be certain that your understanding of who God is is actually true?
Have you even studied every thing in ancient times? If not, how can you be certain that it's all made up?
How can you be certain whether or not every supernatural proof of God has been explained away?
How can you be certain that you actually know every proof for God?
How can you be certain whether or not that's actually what I even said in the first place?
