Fucking brilliant. This is the best explanation I've seen so far of how liberals and RINOs don't "get" the slur, because they don't grasp the volkish instinct that inspired it.

Neocons think that "cuck" is driven by weak, unsuccessful [read: lower-class] men lashing out. Liberals think it is driven by white men as a racial class struggling not to forfeit anything to poor oppressed minorities (as well as being angry at women's "sexual agency”). They both think the term is comparable to "faggot." They think it is merely an emasculating slur. So they think it has the fluidity of "faggot" - they think it could mean anything that seems weak to any other given person.

Have you noticed some of them trying to use it in the wrong way? Trying to redefine it? Like they will say that opposing immigration is "cowardly" and tell you that makes you a cuck! Then they seem very pleased with themselves. In their mind, they just called you the "new" version of faggot. They think it was very cutting.

They don't realize that "cuck" has a very particular meaning that goes well beyond merely being weak. It escapes them that the term is a comment on their failures not just as individual people, but as part of [what should be] an integrated whole. They refuse to accept that their ancestors would be ashamed of them - or that this matters. They do not believe that their descendants (should cucks have any) will be ashamed of them.

They're just smugly certain that in the here and now, they are doing the "stronger" thing and demonstrating that they aren't "afraid" of out-groups they should very well consider a threat. They are pleased with themselves for betraying their families, their people and their nations. They don't understand a frame of thought in which their behaviour isn't righteous.

Because they're cucks.

You are in error about the neocons - - they know exactly what 'cuck' means. I have seen two of them on a TV political interview wincing and discussing being called 'cuck' with a grimace.

With any new meme there are always a few people left 'out of the loop', but so what. Percentage wise, almost everybody knows what 'cuck' means.. even the neo-Cohens who are feeling the pain of it.

Oh, I'm sure some of them get it, at least intellectually. I was thinking of a lot of self-declared "conservatives" on Twitter who've got, say, adopted black kids. Can't even conserve their own family line, but, you know, they've voted Republican for 30 years!
