It wouldn't reflect the ability to contain impulsivity and violent behavior, or anti-social behavior, predilection to succumb to peer pressure, and to self-motivate to act today for future rewards.

Conclusion: High IQ adults with ADHD tend to suffer EF impairments that can be assessed with these measures; incidence
of such impairments in this group is significantly higher than in the general population
So as I was saying, it's probably not the entire story. It is entirely possible to be very gifted at processing information while at the same time having other areas of impairment that cause impulsiveness or emotional behavior leading to inappropriate violent behavior, or a form of ODD or other anti-social behavior.. .
