Earlier in the month, Dec 4th TGAIC (the great ape in charge) signed into law a highway bill, H.R. 22.

The bill contained within it a tiny little provision that gave authorization to the State Department to revoke the passports of tax-delinquent Americans who owe the IRS more than $50,000.
“If this bill becomes law, it will be imperative for Americans traveling abroad or living abroad to pay attention to IRS notices, assuming they receive them,” David Kautter, a partner at Washington-based accounting firm RSM, explained to The Wall Street Journal a few weeks before the bill’s signing
You all know of the antics of race baiting and serial tax dodger "I don't have to pay that" Sharpton. Due to the incredible amounts owed in back taxes and fines as exposed by the NYTimes last Nov with the great headline. 'As Sharpton Rose, So Did His Unpaid Taxes' he will have to forfeit his passport.

Sharpton, if the Law is invoked correctly onto each American regardless of who or what influence they hold will be unable to travel outside of American borders. This is what has pissed him off. Since the bill passed and will officially go into law on Jan. 1, 2016, this means that TGAIC go to guy Sharpton, must as of 2016 remain inside the United States at all times, at least until he pays up. (Stop laughing)
The Bill's passing has already scuppered plans of his traveling to Venezuela in January to visit with his good friend Socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro. Oh dear.
Suck ups to Sharpton say he is “furious” about the new law, mainly because the White House seems to have forgotten who its most frequent visitor is when TGAIC signed the bill, and that there are to be no exemptions.
Sharpton insists he shouldn’t owe any taxes. While speaking before the National Action Network earlier this year, Sharpton went so far as to try and excuse his bad behavior by citing the most insane of reasons. “We’re talking about old taxes,” he said. “I think it’s political.”

That's proper edumurcated intellygunce right there. The rest of you can just ignore your back taxes, once a few years have gone by. The IRS probably doesn’t even care after about what, 18 months.
Until Sharpton does pay up (I've asked you once already, stop laughing) there is good news and bad news about this. The bad, your stuck with him, he can't leave the States. The good, for the rest of the planet, he can't leave the States.
