When you first learn how the world works your instincts are to go Paul Revere, to sound the bells, hey fellow white people look how we are being taken advantage of. You get angry that people don't get it, and that anger turns them off. Don't do this! Your problem is, I'm guessing, that you learned race realism at a young age with no one to talk to about it, given you caring about something "fucking you up socially".
You can't really redpill people who haven't had any experience in the world. A public school educated 16 year old that listens to rap all day and never paid a bill isn't going to be receptive to any race realism. In fact, they'll think it's cool to call out the racist guy because it makes them seem hip and liberal.
A landlord who has had to replace carpet because the groid tenants literally pissed in their own house, he gets it. A cop with 10 years on the force, he gets it. A former Baltimore resident who has seen the groids riot, he gets it too.
You want to influence people? The easiest way is to be a person that others respect. Get in great shape, dress well, get the highest grades you can get, have a great job. When you are well respected people give you the benefit of the doubt. Then when you tell them that they should avoid the groid, they listen.
