You're damn right a democracy can be exploited. Just take a look at a state like California where Hispanics vote in their kind and get plenty of laws in their favor. This is how you beat the most advanced nation states and it's definitely not on the traditional battlefield, it's now in the political arena.

Absolutely correct. A peaceful democracy with an advanced military and a armed population? You're not going to invade it on tugboats with AK-47s. The navy would destroy you before you made it past international waters. You can put them on commercial planes, but this is counterproductive and risky.

But you can send them over as "refugees" and instruct them on what to do and how to take over politically and defeat them from within. It costs nothing, these assholes are better off here anyway as far as living conditions and you're planting seeds and setting the stage. Buy 51% of the stock in a company and it's yours. Own 51% of the vote and you own the country.

You're a very well read and knowledgeable person, so why do you think politicians in these European countries have allowed this? Is it pathological altruism? In the USA with illegal latinos, I can understand in a way why both sides want them here, and it has to do more with cheap labor than anything. But Europe? Especially with the history that they have with the Muslim invasions, I just don't get it. Is it some sort of a sick and twisted way to atone for colonialism and conquering the world in the past? I don't think the answer is cheap labor, there has to be some sort of underlying reason why many European leaders are allowing this.
