no way in hell that i would by it online and undoubtedly get added to a list. anyone who doesn't buy it from a retail store with cash is out of his/her fucking mind. i wouldn't even risk it with torrents.
That's not going to matter in any realistic sense. The government won't openly disclose the fact that they track what books people buy for political purposes as even braindead people will see it as government overreach. And if they don't disclose it, it's not like a prospective employer can somehow find out that you've been reading it.
You can easily brush it off as reading it due to an interest in history and politics, and not because you agree with any of it's contents
A little paranoid? AND RIGHTFULLY SO! Foolish to leave a digital trail right to you. If anyone believes our government doesn't retaliate against citizens it feels are out of line, I'll give you my number. You'll need a good lawyer eventually. It isn't paranoia if its true!
Fun fact, that's literally a chinese-made piece of junk that can be had for $5 or less, just rebranded and in fancier packaging. Many scammers parade them around as "military grade" "tactical" whatever and sell it under names like "TAC-X FALCON" for hundreds of dollars. I imagine fudds make up their consumer base.
Jessica Schulberg on Twitter: "Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million and Walmart sold copies of Hitler's autobiographical manifesto for $14.88 and described the book as a guide for “what we must do if we want to survive as a people and as a Race.” /QDEUXafccQ"

I wouldn't trust any of the copies you can buy, from what I understand most are heavily (((edited))). It's currently in the public domain so it's entirely legal to download. Maybe someone can confirm or correct me, but I hear the Ford translation is one of the best.
What people don't realise is that Amazon is selling these types of books with large passages "missing". I was looking for several "controversial" books and read the reviews on Amazon. Dozens of reviews of such books claimed the same thing- sections missing. That's why they're digitising books.
