those cops were assholes and didnt control the situation.

as soon as the nigglet resisted she should have pulled her pepper spray and shouted "lie down and put your hands behind your back or i am going to spray you" when he didnt, boom. done. cuffed and thrown away. why are cops trading ilttle slaps with these idiots.
