I get, and agree with the fact, that there is a HUGE problem with how police interact with the public and we've gotten to the point that the police see the civilians they're supposed to be serving and protecting as enemy combatants. I don't think ANYONE can disagree that the response in this case was extremely disproportionate to the threat. That being said, you can't just say to an officer responding to a domestic violence call to which you were a party "Leave me alone". It just doesn't work like that. All this dindu had to do was stand up, explain the situation and admittedly probably take a ride and spend the night in Jail, and that would be that. I'm not necessarily victim blaming here but when you know that the police view you as an enemy combatant AND you're already 'guilty of being black' as we've all been told ad nausium by BLM and the Black Panther Party is a thing (this incident certainly suggests that claim has merit), you're kind of complicit to your own demise by not cooperating.
Enough time that his momma put a sign on the garage saying he's "Autistic" and for the cops to leave him alone. she's probably secretly happy she doesn't have to bail him out anymore.

How many times have the police had to fight this guy? Maybe they were just fed up with being assaulted by him.

Make no mistake, I'm not saying the world probably isn't better off without him but it seems like they could have detained him without killing him.
