What the fuck is she even complaining about? Frozen vegetables are delicious with the right condiments. Naturally, she chooses to eat junk food instead. She got that way because of soda consumption, etc. Not "having 3 kids." And people wonder why East Asian women are in much higher demand on dating sites than their African counterparts.

Source for there being no difference between fresh and junk food.

Idiotic superstitions. Like the CPSham who thought grocery-store nuggets were healthier than McDonald's because it's "home-cooked." Calories don't work that way, being "natural" or "fresh" or "home-cooked" or "organic" (or "vegan" like potato chips and Oreos) doesn't change the laws of physics.

Kcal quality matters too. Do you think you'd he duller longer off of 1000 kcal of chicken or 1000 kcal of potatoes? Protein has the highest thermic effect of food, so when you eat more protein you stay fuller longer. Those who consume more carbs spike their insulin, which leads to them becoming hungry again in a few hours. It's why Chinese food makes us hungry again a few hours after we eat it, tons of carbs. Idiots who don't know how to diet and eat whatever they want and say they're dieting is retarded.

I don't eat 100 percent clean. I eat 80 percent clean and 20 percent of my diet is IIFYM (if it fits your macros), where I choose a few items that fits my macros, such as cereal on a workout day, and treat myself.

People are idiots who don't know how to diet or lose weight.

I've noticed that. You can observe a massive difference between eating 400 calories of boiled eggs and 400 calories of crackers or [insert carb here].

That's what Tumblr doesn't understand. It's not a matter of living like an ascetic versus being an FA. It's a matter of eating in moderation. Better to have a small portion of amazing dessert than a large portion of bland dessert.
