Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to monitor the brain activity of 378 young rhesus macaques who were placed in an anxiety-inducing situation. For the study, a person stood in their cage and avoided eye contact with the monkeys for 30 minutes... It’s the same approach often used in psychology labs to study anxiety in children

The fuck? This. This is why I don't trust these asshole psychologists. That shit should make everybody nervous. Dude just coming to within a couple feet, never looking at you or saying anything? You just put them in a situation that confirms the results you're looking for, this is fucking retarded.

Could it be that anxious parents make their kids anxious?

Again justifying a personal problem with victimhood as the answer. Anxiety is from nervous system disruptions.. such as cell phones, computer use, harp, cell towers.. etc. control you breathing patterns and poof.. anxiety gone. I had it bad.. I fixed myself
