I'm 100% in the group to change the name. I don't care that there's a native high school in Arizona with the same name, it's a racist term
Washington Warthogs sounds way cooler anyways
I've been to a lot of native reserve towns in northern Ontario and they hate the NFL just for allowing a team so blatantly racist. It's absolutely no different than like the New York Japs, San Fran Jews or San Antonio Negros
It's racist as fuck and it's an embarrassment to the NFL as well as the USA that it's still a thing today

I live in Northern Arizona and have quite a few Navajo and Hopi friends. In my experience, the Native Americans I know, don't give two fucks about the Redskins name, but I think it is more what they choose to get upset about, rather than they don't find it insulting. I can say personally, as a white guy, I agree it's embarrassing that we don't recognize the name for what it is, a slur. I don't think all teams named after Native Americans are degrading or a problem. But, "redskin" is absolutely a slur, just replace red with black, brown, yellow or white and tell me its not. Now bring out the "where will it end" crowd.

Warriors or Chiefs? That's good. It's a strong and proud term. Like Vikings
Yes there was a time redskin was meant as a strong warrior, but now it certainly doesn't
