Not in any order...

Spurs - Addition of LMA is a huge upgrade

Cavs - Didn't lose anything

GSW - Best team in the NBA imo. Still

Clippers - Additions will keep them strong

Pacers - Uh... I couldn't think of who I wanted for a 5th so call me a homer! GOoooo Pacers!

I agree with four of these. Substitute Rockets or OKC for Hawks.

  1. Spurs- adding LMA just made the team so good. They also have that guy that went off in the summer league.
  2. Cavs- considering that they almost beat the Warriors without a backup center and two of their best players being injured
  3. OKC- If they aren't injured this season like last year they have two of the best players in their respective positions that can both be MVP.
  4. GSW- They haven't changed much and are still great at shooting
  5. Clippers- this is my wildcard pick because you could put a couple of teams here

I didn't consider the Hawks a top 5 team last year and they certainly haven't gotten any better. I'd replace them with the rockets

the hawks won the east, and had the second best record in the league. in my opinion the hawks are without a doubt a top five team
