Romania is getting more and more GMO-free and with a 8% growth is doing very well. Nonetheless, it only is so by working hard. New laws being drafted hope to attract further scientists by making it easier for them to work in the country with a $100Million infrastructure investment for containment of research by growing things underground.
1-2 Completely flops as low coverage has no researchers come
3-4 Moderate success; some well-known people come, hardly worth the extra expense, though...
5-6 Many well known names come. They have issues with working together due to language barriers, but work slowly gets done.
7-8 Everyone happily talks English and current research is pieced together with some success; after sorting the mess, it should all work well!
9-10 Many well known researchers rejoice at the chance for open research with fellow GMO scientists. They instantly get great ideas after pooling their ideas and research. With the funding, great advancements are sure to follow!
