The victory of the United Armed Forces of Novorossiya over the Ukrainian army in the Charkov Oblast. has led to great celebrations in the centre of Charkov. Russian flags are flown on top of the government buildings and the demonstrators are welcoming the troops as hero's as they march into the city. The head of the popular uprising Anna Vasil’yevna Kushchyenko welcomed the officers in her office at the occupied main administration building and they had a healthy lunch to celebrate the victory. Charkov will be know as the Charkov People's Republic and joins the Donbass rebels in their fight against the oppressive Ukrainian forces. Life for citizens is encouraged to go on as usual and there will be no big changes in day to day live.
Charkov's municipal ministries are taken over by the Charkov's People's Republic and will resume business as usual as soon as possible.
Charkov People's republic takes control over the local media outlets and starts reporting the pro-Russian side of the story.
Police forces will be reinstated and sworn in to serve the people and preserve the law (not to take sides in the conflict).
Citizens of Charkov Oblast are promised a fair referendum over matters once safety and control in the region have been assured.
About 75,000 Russian Ethnic "refugees" who "fled the Charkov region during the civil war" will be "moving back" to the region over the coming 12 months from Russia. (families and citizens no ties to military)
The rebel army who took the province has taken defensive positions along the borders of the Oblast/province with Ukraine and is digging in.
The Donbass rebels take direct control over the giant heavy industrial Malyshev Factory and
Production is prioritised to defence equipment and following is produced every two months:
[Covert-ops] Russian federation is supplying finance and offering resources for these. Charkov borders Russia so this should be easy as there is normal traffic over the border.
The 13,750 unarmed/lightly armed (shields, clubs, melee weapons) protesters occupying buildings prior to the liberation are offered to sign up to the rebel army and defend their cause in the field:
