This type of crime needs strict punishment. Examples need to be made of women like this to curb would be rape-criers. It's a disservice to true rape victims as well as the falsely accused.

Actually she should get 40 years prison, since that is what the victim that she accused falsely could have gotten.

People like her are a danger to society, there should be a registry of false accusers so I can keep them 500M away from me and my family at all times, also not put my companies employees at risk by hiring them.

The only real solution is to stop rewarding accusers merely for having made an accusation. This kind of stuff isn't restricted to rape, I know a guy who faked depression to get a pass on a couple of projects, and another friend of mine advised me to try the same trick (I didn't).
