The "reason" sex feels good is that a previous generation had a survival and replication advantage by enjoying sex compared to other humans who did not.
Without knowing exactly what happened, we can't know for certain the reason it worked. Maybe it caused us to reproduce more, but maybe it led to greater pair bonding which led to a survival advantage.
Evolution is a sloppy thing. Something that had one "reason" may change into something completely different.
No, I'm not equivocating. I'm being pretty clear: Evolution isn't about "reasons". Evolution is what consistently works to ensure an organism survives and replicates.
That means that sometimes things work for reasons that aren't as straightforward as you'd think. That's how we ended up going from single celled organisms to something with consciousness and 5-6 senses and millions of cells and symbiosis with millions of other organisms which were previously trying to eat us.
There are genetic diseases which today we consider not to have a "reason" but in the past were mutations which helped populations survive incredibly specific lethal conditions. We can't know for sure why any given trait helped us survive.

"reason" is a tough word to use.
