Getting better as well. I have been traveling the past 2 days, so I had slight inconsistencies in my meditation as well. But I do feel warmed up now and have yet to feel effects throughout the day, but I do feel very relaxed and focused during meditation. Not related, but I have been using the Android app "Insight Timer Meditation Timer" (it's free), which helps with timing the meditation and motivates me to meditate every day. Not sure why I needed an app haha.

I have a question, as usual. I'm a very literal person, so I must understand things about meditation in great detail. When focusing on my breath during meditation, does the focus look directly at the breath in the nose area, or am I focusing on my breath in my mind? When meditating, I have a spot (either in my nose or between the eyes) that draws all my focus and awareness. It's as if that spot on my face is more active or stimulated than other parts. Let me know if you would like me to elaborate.

I have also been meaning to meditate twice a day. Depends on what happens during that day, I guess. Still keeping it to 15 minute segments.
