Very sporadic. Haven't been able to establish a routine yet. But I've meditated at least for a few minutes everyday (I think). There have been a few series of days where I didn't. But that's okay.
This Android app called Meditation Helper has been helping. Haven't been doing any reading or anything like that.
I realise how much of my life I've been missing due to my dislikes, so I've been experimenting with thinking of random things - things I experience positive and negative affect towards - and trying to set it consciously to zero, in the hopes of training my mind to react neutrally to events.
