On Day 4, I didn't meditate during the day. Since I have a bad sleep routine at the moment, I was awake at odd times and instead meditated at one of those times. So I give myself the benefit of ambiguity, even though I didn't technically meditate that day and chalk Day 4 down as just fine. :)
Day 5 and 6 went swimmingly. I put in a lot more time in on Day 5 than usual and I felt the effects for the large part of the day. I think it was mostly because of how strongly the loving-kindness meditation at the end of the session took hold that day.
I'm 15.5% of the way through! How is everyone else doing?
