They can fire her for using the term "mansplaining". That is blatantly sexist and she is a representative of Reddit, being all front facing.

They ban users for lesser offenses.

Under US law, it certainly does, and given how conservative most appeals courts are, they will be more than happy to throw out a discrimination law suit that isn't remotely valid.

Lets us compare the rape scenes in GoT and American Horror: Hotel as examples.

There was an outrage over the female being raped in GoT and not a word said when a man was brutally raped with a "sword" dick in AH

Clearly there's no sexism towards men.

We also have an example from Marvel's Agents of Shield. One of the male main characters was mind controlled and raped by a beautiful Asgardian woman. None of the other main characters later asked him if he was ok. Very different from how rape has been portrayed by Joss Whedon on his other shows when women were the victims.

That was not just rape. That was: Buttfucked to death by a monster with a strap-on weapon while a woman watched from 1 foot away and made him say I love you before dying.

Fucking freaks are out of control.

Not only sexist, but unprofessionnal.
