Yeah, let's avoid trying utilize two peoples' death for a political move. Their shooter definitely was interested in starting a race war. But cheering because two people were killed by a guy affiliated with a movement you're opposed to? That's pretty shameless.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. He seemed relatively tech savvy and he was the ultimate SJW.

Sweet poetic justice for the way SJWs went about blaming misogyny and internet message boards for the Elliot Rodger thing, and went out of their way when anyone pointed out that he was a psychotic little nutball, to try to downplay the role of mental illness and deflect any suggestions of such as being ableist. Because clearly "the internet made me do it" is a more reasonable excuse for a mass shooting than "dude was crazy."

It's a minefield. It's too early to take a PC side- gay, black, and he fucking twittered the damn thing? Once they figure out the best stance they'll talk I think.

"See what Cis-het white male privelege has driven this poor gay black man to do?"

I predict this is the position. Basically wash away any agency this guy had the same way they wash away the agency of any women who disagree with the SJW patriarchy narrative and just tell them they have internalized misogyny.

With Jon (Stewart) Lebowitz retired, it takes a little longer for the SJW talking points to circulate. At present time they haven't been told what to think.

Deray and Gawker have already spoken. It's white people's fault.

Gawker says "He should never have throw his life away" His... his...

"rip even if they might be racist"

They are confused because it wasn't a white person killing black people. They aren't sure how they can work their #blacklivesmatter talking points into this.

[–] RedditCEOEllenPao 1 points 15 points (+16|-1) ago

Well he did kill himself, so obviously the oppressive chase given by racist law enforcement officers trying to apprehend this unarmed, innocent black man means they dragged him out of the car and emptied their service weapons into his skull.

Isn't the shooter still alive? I was half listening to MPBN and they mentioned it - I could have sworn they mentioned that he was in the hospital in critical care. I could, easily, be mistaken. I was not really paying as much attention as I could. This was about a half hour ago - maybe 45 minutes.

I will lol hard when it comes out that all cops involved in this were black.

What will they do then ?

Propably make up some shit how poor black men are barinwashed to join the force to uphold white cishet laws.

They must have said the same thing about this, too.

Oh, what's that, it was a white male?

What makes me angry about all of this, is that it has absolutely nothing to do with race. It was a disgruntled ex-employee, lashing out because he was fired. But the media will turn it into a race thing. People don't know how to respond if it's not about race.

edit: I've been given more, updated info to consider, so this opinion is now moot.

He expressed anger over alleged racist comment(s) he claims the reporter (Allison Parker) had made. He put in his manifesto along the lines of "putting the initials of the Charleston church victims on the bullets" he fired (source: tv news cast so I can't quote directly or point to a direct source at this time); he has a reported history of pulling the race-victim/discrimination card. Again, the facts will continue to come out with time, but there certainly appears to be a reasonable expectation of racially motivated reasoning behind his action even if he had a personal vendetta against these two individuals - certainly enough evidence to warrant discussing and looking at the racially motivated aspect of this crime.

They probably don't want to draw attention to it. They've already told people to avoid learning about the shooter. Can't hurt that little narrative of theirs.

They know that they'd get downvoted to hell when they pop up in the thread to make commentary so they're hiding.
