So, uhh, /v/fatpeoplehate agreed to be taken off the front page for a while in order to assist the growth of the rest of the site. Would /v/niggers be interested in doing the same?

Yeah, I for one don't want people to associate Voat with racism. They can have their subverse and I would fight against a ban on them if it ever happened, but it always disappoints me when I see racism or bigotry on Voat. We were never about that and that isn't what this place is for. It just gives opponents ammo to paint us a den of bigotry. I don't appreciate being considered such.

As a frequent /v/niggers poster as well, I would support such a measure.

Even voat users agree, the front page is quite toxic. I would be surprised if it doesn't affect voat growth:

The fucking invitation only system is what's affecting Voat's growth.

Most of the people here are here because their other online communities were shut down by the leftist brigades on reddit or elsewhere. Naturally a lot of the content here is going to be angry ranting and fighting back against that machine.
However, I'm interested in seeing what kind of community we can build in the long term. It feels great to escape the leftist hugbox, and I think a lot of potential users will find that enticing, especially as the tide starts to turn against the cultural Marxist agenda.

I think that's because most people who would downvoat anything /v/niggers on sight have already blocked it so their posts rise unchallenged to the front page. If you truly don't want to see that content on the front page, it's on you. Don't blame /v/niggers for it.
