We cant. One day we are going to turn on voat as quickly as we did reddit, if not quicker. It is the natural order of things

This. This environment is only sustainable until it gets so big that the dollar signs floating over it cause it's inevitable ruin. With the way things are going, some sort of global and local regulation of the internet will eventually kill our ability to even have things like Voat in small settings. The internet already isn't free anymore, and it's only going to get worse. People will keep fighting, but money always wins.

/b/ actually survived for a long time without SJWs. It's a pretty cool strategy: SJWs are sensitive people. Make VOAT such that sensitive people find it repulsive.

In other words, flood the front page with porn.

There ain't no such thing as free speech, let us instead focus on making it cheaper.

Voat should write a digital constitution visible on the front page, that way, when shit goes south, we can all point at the digital constitution and tap our feet.

Who writes it? how is it going yo be amended? There is no way we are going to be able to vote on this.

There is one crucial difference though: The admins aren't helping the SJWs. Replace the reddit admins with shirtlords and 99% of our problems would be solved.

I don't know about the "quicker" aspect of it.

From what I've seen, the community here seems to have a strong sense of pride in it's free speech, and how not like Reddit it is. I've never seen a community band together around not being something else quite like this.
