Look at the source of this comment, you'll see how it doesn't change the appearance at all but it completely circumvents any kind of keyword matching.
Basically the same idea as inserting blank unicode characters or substituting for visually identical ones, except the reddit spam filter (and a lot of subreddits' automod config) will automatically filter those.

probably doing a keyword search. If you start code talking then it would bypass this. Some Juggling Warts would do the trick.
