Is this what is meant by progressive stack:

"Having a code of conduct that everyone is expected to adhere to is not Orwellian. It's real life. You're free to say, mostly, whatever you want without legal consequences. You are not free from social consequences. For example, we as a moderation team have decided that the input and comfort of transgender people is more important than the input of people who hate transgender people - so the latter suffer the social, but not legal, consequence of being kicked out of this subreddit. Got it?"
