NPR is always talking about how little money they get from the government and how most of it comes from 'member supported'.

So this shouldn't be a big deal for them at all.

They boast about that all the time and asking for more people to donate. They are self-sufficient, the American tax dollar taken out of the American workers pocket has propped them up. What have they become? Editorialized hit pieces by brainwashed liberals from liberal universities. Rarely is there any segment pertaining to the safety, well-being, and history of Americans and let alone factual or omitting pieces of whatever the hipster is trying to get a good grade on.

It's a bunch of who knows what gender they claim reading buzzfeed and motherjones articles.

5 or so years ago I really enjoyed npr. Last few years, especially after the election, it is barely tolerable.

In the case of NPR, from what I can gather it is one of the uncommon examples of a decline in quality corresponding with a decline of government funding. Suddenly they wouldn't touch shitty corporations and became increasingly "le based bugman" radio.

Don't get me wrong, I am not opposed to cutting NPR funding. I think 100% of NPR funding should be cut because partially subsidizing that corporate SJW bullshit is unacceptable.

PBS is always pushing their "support from viewers like you" propaganda as well
