Each violation carries a fee of up to 50m euro.
The prohibited content includes some incredibly tame things that are only illegal to say in Germany, and they have no means to enforce these restrictions on foreign individuals in free-er nations like the US. (multi-national businesses can get fucked though)
So I suggest that now may be a good time to speak your mind on Reddit in ways that trigger German politicians.
It might also be a good time to point out all the wrongthink that Reddit still allows through the cracks. It may be that only German citizens can report offenses idk.
This will have the effect of making reddits censorship more extensive and thus obvious to users, while also straining their resources to comply while also fining them when they fail.
Reddit can either bow down to German pressure as they have done with r/watchpeopledie or take some sort of stand in opposition to the law in order to continue operations.
tl;dr use the ridiculousness of this new German law to demolish Reddit.
