This whole "safe space" thing is one of the most disingenuous and user insulting policies. It sets up your potential user as some kind of potential scumbag who is about to endanger other people. On the one hand it assumes you, the user are a potential threat. And on the other hand it assumes you are in an area full of immature users. Whenever I see "this is a safe space" written all over the website I just Nope the fuck outta there.
It's really just a "you're a dirty user and we can enforce whatever rules we want" policy. It's like a the customer is always wrong kind of policy, which makes total sense. As you will only see this policy on free, open to the public areas.
