I removed the mod's name because he was pretty nice about it. That being said, I thought this was pretty absurd. /R/Cowboys definitely has a "fuck the Eagles" mentality; but no one is ever mean to "visiting" team fans without being downvoted to hell by our fanbase. It's just crazy that we can't even cheer for our teams anymore without offending someone.

Isn't that that point of the upvote/downvote system though? It allows the users to decide which content becomes visible to the broader audience.
